Mel Gibson as "Jerry", turned out right in the movie. Spot on about the crooked CIA. He is STILL RIGHT! take a rewatch, entertainment then is truth now.

What a coinkydink, I was looking to watch this just a day or two ago.

It's 100% about mk ultra. Great movie, and Gibson is hilarious in it. Plays a good paranoid dude.
