Anyone can sue anyone, the trick is making it stick. If you volunteer to take it based on A chance to win 1M, likely not. If they made you, i mean forced you, that may be a different issue.

Damages MUST be in money, and must be demonstrable, i agree it is crap, but i doubt you will get any attorney to take this on a contingency, i may be wrong, but i would be surprised.
