I’ve been eating three eggs a day, taking a multi-vitamin pill along with extra vitamin C & D supplements every morning for over a year.
I haven’t had a cold or flu or nothing in over a year. My muscle cramps went away too.
Me too, I boil eggs every morning and take C D3 B-complex Fish Oil and Iodine and am never sick
Why can’t they teach basic nutrition like this in health class in schools across the nation.
Instead all my teachers watched me have a sugar crash after having breakfast cereal every morning in High School. Then every winter, I would get the flu for a week.
My story too. Back when I would have a Maple Bar from the "snack bar" for "breakfast". I'd fall dead asleep in classes.
