There's been some debate as to whether the White House is empty or not. Wouldn't it be funny if the white hats have turned it into a prison? The most coveted home among ambitious politicians becomes their prison -- wouldn't that be some epic poetic justice? LOL
If it's technically classed as 'occupied' by a belligerent force, would that mean holding them in Washington DC enables them to have any kind of 'special' powers which usually would be out of question on home soil?

One would think that in order to be considered as 'occupied,' the territory would literally have to be occupied by the usurpers, or foreign actors. If they're foreign, then by definition they're not citizens. I would assume that would mean they couldn't leave the occupied territory to enter the country proper.
That being said, Potatus has left DC on numerous occasions to go to Delaware. However, if Potatus isn't really Bidan, then that makes him a white hat actor that can come and go as he pleases. Same would go for any other black-hat "politician" that might have a body double.
I won't go so far as to say this is what's really going on, but it makes for an interesting thought exercise.

There's been links made here to the Law of War book and several of the number sequences in drops. These (if correct) do seem to imply that because of the complicity of the CCP with the key Dem players to overthrow an elected leader, this is technically an act of war and makes them belligerent enemy occupiers.
They (most) could have been detained almost immediately and we may not know if some were flipped and remained in place to play their part and others remain oblivious.
We are told that we are watching a movie, it could well be just that with all the smoke and mirror tactics available to them (which must be considerable when you imagine the deepfake stuff they've shown us)
