Not like he can't have his MD fake it for him and get the stamp if needed, so it's good for him to speak up about it.
I also thought James moved to Montana (not the best with all the other Californians moving there but at least it's not California anymore) and is pro 2A (I've seen pictures of him hunting for certain).
Vail for the family home, but he owns a shitload of hunting land in Montana. He is careful what he says, but he wont back down. Smart businessman.
Yeah, James is pretty solid. Kirk on the other hand is a flaming pinko, so I'd say Metallica is maybe....45% based AF. :0}
