Get another job, or---
Quit protecting fellow officers who are assholes and criminals.
Get out of those stupid unions. The job will have enough demand for people to pay highly.
Quit voting for Marxists.
Refuse to enforce (illegal) anti-Second Amendment laws.
Refuse to engage in traffic quotas.
Quit thinking you are better than everyone else.
