Because of Fauci’s position, by default he was in charge. Trump let Fauci stay precisely BECAUSE of his corruption, which goes all the way back to the 80s and AIDS/HIV research. Trump put him in the spotlight for all of us to see for ourselves, just like Trump did with Biden, the Democrats, Congress, the Supreme Court, state governments, etc.etc....
