The FDA process is not all that difficult to understand.. Basic research Unnamed potential compounds Phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3 FDA review FDA Approval/disapproval

Any short cuts mean it is not an approved drug, but an experimental treatment. all phases were not completed.
