Is Darkside actually a Russian based and funded hacker group?

Because David Muir told America on ABC's Nightly News that it was "muh Russians" that did it. And they sourced an FBI memo from earlier today as their proof.

No, I don't have a link to that segment, you'll have to find it yourselves, but that's what ABCNews is peddling tonight.
