But you cannot hack a voting machine unless crooks have illegally connected the voting machine to the internet first. What I want to know, is who was the first person who allowed voting machines to have internet capabilities, and why were they not stopped from doing something so incredibly stupid (wicked in this case)?
Let's get the media to tell us the story about the very first internet capable voting machine, and all the "who; what; when; where; why's" for that little publicly unknown story.
Yea...I bet it was Putin himself, late a night, with a flashlight and a CAT5 cable. Russia! Russia! Russia! Russia! Russia! Russia! Russia!
Is that you Rachel Madcow?
Or Jan = "MARCIA MARCIA MARCIA".... :)
Replacement ROM chips. Mere seconds to do.
Like the thought; however, we know the MSM will never touch that topic. They are too busy publishing denial propaganda to cover up the election fraud in which THEY ASSISTED.
Yes you can, if you have physical access to the machines. I saw a video of a guy who could do it in mere seconds. The machines aren't locked. All he had to do is open the machine and replace the ROM chip with another that had different software that would flip a percentage of votes no matter how people really voted.
Of course, this method involves gaining access to a lot of individual machines, but it only has to be done in a few choice locations to flip the election.
Yes, that would be a hardware modification, and there is no doubt that those types of "hacks" are possible. But I am not aware of any allegations of that particular type of "hack" occurring during the 2020 election. If that happened, it would be a whole different can of worms.
