I was a surveyor years ago - the kind that gauges and smaples tamks to verify product quantity and quality. It's not complicated. You move product from one bucket to another bucket through a straw. A guy pushes a button to start a pump after the appropriate valves are opened or closed. I'm really skeptical about some hack closing down a pipeline.
