In ATL suburb, at Home Depot Sunday morning a 16-17yo girl was walking the lot with a black apron and HD cart(assuming to look like an employee) literally mumbling her pitch to every person for magazine subscription or donations. A clipboard with cash on it. Headed to Publix two miles away and a 14-15yo boy outside the entrance doing the same thing! Neither had an adult. I’m sure there are hundreds of them that handlers drop off. Collect cash. Law of large numbers, they make money.
