I have seen no reason to suspect that 432hz has any special properties in relation to the human body.
Here is a good exposition on some truth about why we use the tuning we do, and how it has changed over the years.
I think one of the most important takeaways is that the idea of "Hz" is both arbitrary and recent. A second is a measure that has changed over the years and has no special meaning (there is no special "cosmic" or even "earthly" importance to why we measure a second as we do). Therefore, "cycles per second" is also arbitrary by extension.
I am not suggesting that there are not sound waves of specific frequencies that can have specific effects on the body. I think it is a very interesting area of research, and resonant frequencies have long been a passion of mine; they are somewhat magical. But the idea of "432Hz is the magic frequency" has no basis in biology or musical theory.
It seems to be arbitrarily chosen based on numerology (which would require our measurement of "one second" to have special meaning). Unless someone can provide convincing (real science) evidence to the contrary, I think this is likely disinformation (at least as regards the specific frequency of 432Hz).
