False equivalency. Nofap has real tangible benefits, astrology does not.

Let's focus on the real problem, which is human trafficking, not shaming men.

Human trafficking is more important, but the dangers of porn is also important. Interesting how you automatically take this to be a case of "man-shaming". Porn is dangerous to both sexes.

Why are men shamed here for looking at porn, and not shaming women for giving it away for money via Only Fans, Snapchat premium, etc.... this is more blue pilled beta stuff that distracts is from the real problems of the world.

Both are shameful. There are multiple problems. Porn is one of them.
