Need Red Pill help needed!! Where are the CDC total death numbers for last 3 years?

I need to red pill a friend. He is telling me the CDC has massive death for 2020. But, all I can find is a bunch covid inflated number with prefix like, almost, approx., close to, approaching... I need real facts and it has to be from somewhere he trusts or he will never believe me.
