That’s an extreme reach to think that case would reverse the election. It was only about lawsuits between private citizens disputes. There is no constitutional amendment or even a law that addresses what happened in November. Even if lawmakers tried to use that Supreme Court case then it would be laughed at by the courts and media. These tyrants won’t just respectfully step down. The military will have to step in once citizens are about to revolt with violence against these evil tyrannical bastards
Although I agree with you that the tyrants won’t just step down, there is legal precedent to nullify the election. But seeing that none of them has obeyed the law so far, they won’t obey the law now. As far as the military, I believe the insurrection act has already been enacted and we are under de facto military control right now. It’s just a matter of time before everything is made public. I’ve heard when they try to install horizontal Harris that may be the trigger. I’ve also heard when they try to make DC the 51st state that would be another trigger. IDK, but I believe it will happen.
You are correct. There is no legal process to reverse this; even if the supreme court finds fraud, there is no remedy under current law. That doesn't mean it can't happen, it just means that we're in uncharted territory which we already knew.
(My theory is devolution, which is discussed pretty fully in older posts (circa early January) and a few recent ones, in which the military already concluded the Biden administration would be illegitimate before it began, and plotted an alternate course of simply ignoring it and planning their activities based on law of war manual.)
The fraud will prove foreign interference in the election. Congress was given the Report on Foreign Interference on January 19th. They failed to act and every single one of them who voted to certify the election knowing this is guilty.
The military captured everything on November 3rd and is still gathering evidence. Space Force was the key (cyberspace)... NSA aka No Such Agency because at the time of the Q posts saying that, Space Force didn't exist. Look into Devolution. Read this article from Newsweek:

They aren't talking about a virus taking out the government. The plans are there in the event the government collapses because of the fraud being revealed and our leaders lose control.
