I have heard DePerno mentioned all these. I think it was during the hearing two days ago (in which we did not prevail).

I thought the judges formal answer wouldn't come for a few days? Did we formally lose?

The subpoenas to look into the surrounding townships were quashed. For (non-) reasons that baffled me. Other issues were left pending.

Judge announces his decision on 5/18.

I only caught the last hour or so of the hearing so definitely missed whatever was stated early on. Thx
