Looks like I really need to read this. I have the original PDF, but I hate reading PDFs. Am I mistaken that the original copies are over $100 these days? I looked into a little and just settled on PDF. Pyrrhic victory for sure. ?

Thanks for the info. Amazing your library had a copy. And with the way library holds work, I'm amazed you ever got it! I'll give mine a look - I just assumed they would t have it.

Yes the updated version is apparently missing an "anti-Semitic" chapter. I have no comment on that as I haven't read either.
