I kind of suspect the military does "have it all" however, it was obtained under unwarranted wire taps so is inadmissible in court. However, if they were to guide the investigators towards what they need to look for, they'd find it legally and can then charge the criminals.
From what I remember she was missing for a while. Then she resigned and was seen once but we really don’t know if the photo was actually recent.
An interesting tidbit is that she once wore a dress with a white hat print. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dyr_KgdWkAAkSNc.jpg
So does the NSA collect information with a warrant?
I don't think they do but I don't think what they collect is used in US Courts of law either. They could alert the FBI about something, the FBI "finds" a confidential informant and gets a proper warrant. Of course, they are all run by evil bastards so who knows?
I read a book in the 90s, Spooky 8 by a former black ops clown, said that they were listening to all electronic traffic even back then. It appears they were luckily infiltrated by some white hats.
I will bet money they have FISA warrants on all these fuckers for the last 4 years.
But is the military bound to the usual laws regarding warrants, wiretapping, etc., when it comes to treason?
