julian assange said 98% of DC would fall. I think Rand Paul is part of the 2%.

I hope so, I like him being in congress, he's been in there for 10 years but we need term limits.

Are term limits necessary if elections are honest?

I'm happy for Rand Paul to share his medical knowledge and Libertarian leanings in Congress so long as the good people of Kentucky choose to send him, so long as their votes are valid.
