I'm not sure how this fits where you live but in my state, and giving the benefit of the doubt, less than half our people are vaccinated. However, some businesses are requiring patrons to be vaccinated even though this is not required by the government. In fact many people (younger) are not yet approved for the vax, and many others who would take it haven't been given the opportunity. Many of these businesses are not fully recovered from the draconian Covid impositions of the last year. Now how do you drastically limit your businesses services to less than half the prospective number of folks? Why you unnecessarily require they all be vaccinated. What kind of devolved business model is this? Why the model of abject Kool-Aid consumption! Usually imbecilic Darwin awards are reserved for individuals, but now there should be a classification for woke and Covid indoctrinated businesses.

Demming did a good job summing up the darwinism angle from a business perspective (back in the TQM days).
Paraphrasing, the point he made was "the survival of your business is not mandatory". The hidden lesson in that phrase was to adapt to changing conditions, or die. Another variation of the concept of creative destruction.
Any woke business that will only serve vaccinated customers is a prime candidate for creative destruction. Take your business elsewhere, and the problem will eventually solve itself.
You won't have to take your business elsewhere if you aren't allowed into the business in the first place!
