But think about it. Mass gatherings of people to share information with and keep renewing the vigor and pride that we haven't had in this country in decades.
I’m all out of vigor and pride. It’s been replaced with embarrassment and shame. No rally is gonna bring that back unless there’s gallows on that stage with traitors swinging live.
There is nothing to be embarrassed or shameful of when you know the truth is going to be revealed. And with it will come the justice we seek against those who attempt to do wrong by us.
Here's the problem. Seeking truth and unity cannot be marred in blood. That isn't our job to do, and as wonderful as it is to see justice down, we cannot glorify in bloodshed.
There are those who are working, at the cost of their own lives, to pull back the veil of darkness.
We must show we are not broken. That is what the Rallies accomplish
this ^ and to PRAY.
I know people were making comments about the Frank Speech/Corn Palace rally not being the 'big event' that they expected, but I think just the opposite.
having that many decent, patriotic & praying people in one place, was exactly the way to launch FS. no protestors or doubters to bring down the mood, just people who were serious about the Great Awakening.
which reminds me; one of the speakers talked about the old time preachers like George Whitfield and how important they were in the awakening the populace. perhaps we're to follow such examples of grassroots revivalism. ?
Pray is a powerful thing.
That being said, I'm not Christian, am of jewish decent, but not orthodox.
I've never prayed like I have been since earlier this year. I'm not devote, and I don't know if I've ever felt the spirit of God or Jesus with or within me like others have. Still, I have been praying. If for anything, its helped provide calming and refocusing on the things that matter, even if a little.
Not sure if it's doubt, or wanting grounding in logic that keeps me from giving in fully. That being said, I don't put anyone down for their faith. There is strength in it and I do recognize that. And I also recognize that things happen for a reason and without explanation.
Sorry if it seems weird, can't help it.
Point is: Having Rallies, for those of faith and those who are lesser but still believe in justice, fairness, courage, and integrity, unifies us towards a common cause. One focused on building instead of destroying, seeking truth instead of spreading lies. And in greater numbers shows we aren't alone in our convictions.
Why do you think evil wants us divided?
I agree, over-thinking can definitely get in the way, along with all the different 'religions' telling us what to think and feel. as if God needs a gatekeeper, especially a bunch of creepy old men!
so you're definitely on the right track in praying from your heart, that's the quickest connection to God. but TPTB don't want us to know that, so they make it complicated with all their 'rules'.
as for 'why' evil wants us divided, I think it's a part of being liberal & on the left hand path; they're NEVER satisfied, and can't stand people who are happy/content. it's just who they are & the 'god' they serve in this fallen world, so they will always lash out at conservatives.
it's really is amazing how much of what we're seeing is explained in the Bible, also had to mention it because your name reminded me of this verse from Jesus.
Luke 12:7
Yea, and all the hairs of your head are numbered:
fear not therefore:
ye are more of value than many sparrows.
---if God knows everything about a tiny sparrow, made me realize he knows everything about us too:)
Lol, like I said, everything happens for a reason.
I took on this as one of my many names I use online. This one is in honor of my great aunt who passed many years ago.
She survived a plane crash, and from the stories I was told and how she acted in the time I knew her, she never lived in fear and always had a wonderful sense of humor and energetic playful spirit.
Her maiden name was Sperling, with four us is German for "sparrow".
