However, like Covid19, there is no "test" for HIV that definitively prove it is harmful -- or even that it exists at all. The PCR has been the test for it, or at least was for many years.

There has never been any study or any proof that "HIV causes AIDS." There has never been any proof that HIV exists. All so-called tests and research look for "surrogate markers" that supposedly means it can be IMPLIED that it exists.

In Africa, where it is said that AIDS is rampant and affects both males and females, no country on the entire continent actually has a testing and record-keeping procedure to document the cases, other than South Africa.
