Funny he doesn't mention that the (nowhere near as transparent) previous "audit" they commissioned was carried out by bodies that were not EAC Certified, until they hurriedly did it AFTERWARDS
Not that it should matter. States are not required to use EAC certified machines and Im pretty sure its the same with auditers.
