The proper target for interdiction isn't the school site administration. You have to target the school district administration.

School site admins have no real power of decision. That's all mandated from the district level.

IMO, the proper ammunition for the interdiction is to remind the district admin that they will be held legally, criminally, and financially liable. Both as individuals and as an institution.
