My work announced recently that you will need to be vaccinated to work, giving us until August. I’m just not doing it, already had Covid, it was nothing and now I have superior immunity to any vaccine.
They can fire me should they decide, but then wrongful termination suit will be incoming since they can’t require an unapproved product like this as a condition for employment.
They are requiring proof of vax, creating a database for “tracking”.

Start raining down on the employer too, anonymously report OSHA violations. There are a LOT of nit picky OSHA rules to drown a bad employer.
If they're gonna break the law, call HIPPA violations, and also remind their HR anonymously that they have to report all potential vax relates illness on their 300 logs.
That alone could increase their company insurance payments by 300% or more.

I hope they do. Last year we had to perform a 3 week job on rooftop of a hospital. The hospital wanted to skull fuck each employee every morning before work. Once I heard of this, I told the hospital to fuck off and we’ll see you in court for breach of contract. The next day hospital caved and I saved my employees from getting skull fucked everyday.
Like all bullies, all you have to do is stand up to them and they back down.
The biggest problem with this past year is too many people rolling over and taking it instead of just saying no.

I work at a university, do OSHA regs apply to teaching?
Depends. Certain people and certain U's, as I understand it.
