I feel the same way but the way I look at it is if you act prematurely optics could be bad and it could work against you even though we have everything and more then enough evidence we need to bait them into a position were it is undeniable what they did was wrong and they KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY committed illegal acts and any lawyer will problem confirm the importance of the bolded words plausible deniability has let a lot of people go who were without a doubt guilty since they couldn’t prove those two bolded words.
