I'm not so sure. We're talking about nanoparticles. They're tiny and wouldn't necessarily cause major injury while passing through. Slowly subjecting them to a strong magnet could be a means of removing them.
Maybe run a person's blood through a magnetic filter and reinject it until it is observed to be clean.
One thing: magnetosensitive particles would have to be injected and wouldn't be passable by protein shedding.
