I have theorized before that President Trump is well aware of the healights and medbeds and this provided him with the justification to push the death serum to slow the cabals use of wuflu as a method for economic destruction, depopulation and enslavement.
He also knew that Patriots in large numbers would use their own critical thinking skills to avoid the death serum.
Some may be lost, and its unfortunate and tragic, but there will always be casualties in war and they can not be completely avoided, only mitigated. The alternative is enslavement and death in numbers that dwarf the few deaths that the death serum may directly cause in the short term.
Big picture. We cant let ourselves get too focused on the minutiae.
