I have read recently on here that the virus has never been isolated or sequenced. Below are journal entries having isolated and sequenced the virus. Are we not to trust these?

There's a standard called "Koch's Postulates" which sets out criteria for being able to state that a virus has been isolated. If someone decides to use a different definition of "isolate", they could say so without lying.
Happens all the time in molecular biology.
