Yes. The thing is, that’s what they do. The higher-ups use other masons as pawns. What makes it so devious is that even a president (and I’m not just referring to potus) must answer to someone above him in the hierarchy. The organization comes before anything else. So if he broke rank that would make sense, but he also could be doing what he’s told, as problem-reaction-solution is exactly how they do what they do.
