OP, THANK YOU for this! Your post is further evidence to me that the vaccine, the masks, the lock-downs and the MADNESS were all entirely unnecessary. Big Pharma has stolen BILLIONS using their pointless jab. If there is any justice, their stock-holders and boards of directors must pay it all back. ALL OF IT!

Thanks to the wonderful pedes that have shared information with us, all since this madness started, I've been on a regimen very similar to yours. Cheap and effective. I've had hardly a sniffle. I plan to continue this long after covid is a bad memory.
