Make it a race, they have to catch ## pedos each within so many days, and make it a reality show. What's a good number of pedos & days? Has to be kinda hard because the prize of US citizenship is a big prize. And if they turn in family members it counts but I think the number of pedos then has to be higher or they get half a point or something, because giving up their pedo family members is too easy.
