The carbon nanotube is not magnetic, however the surface of those particles could have a static electrical charge on them, sort of like a balloon after rubbing it on your hair. I doubt that it could cause a magnet to stick, but I suppose there could be something to it. Graphene is a unique material in part because it is considered both a conductor, and an insulator.
