I work with adults who have special needs, and many of them have been vaxxed. It's an active environment and impossible to not have physical contact in some form or the other (hugs, handshakes, etc). I was curious what other methods some of y'all have been using to detox your body after exposure. I take a shower immediately after working, and make sure to regularly take zinc, vitamin C + D, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. I'd love to hear of any other tips and tricks you all have learned about protecting the body from vaccine shedding.

I keep hearing about pine needle tea. I haven't researched it yet, but it keeps popping up in discussion. Edit I saved this to research later when I had time;

This is a great resource. Thanks for sharing!
So welcome, if you are on telegram there are entire channels on it, here is one of them
Covid vaccine & shedding https://t.me/intuitivehealth
I currently don't have telegram, but this is another reason for me to make an account soon!
If you do just remember that if it's a big name account it's probably fake, I only follow big names that are verified, and channels like that one, but America's Frontline Doctors has a channel on there, and there are plenty of obscure channels too from herbal remedies, to homesteading and homeschooling, to meme pages.
The drug made from the pine needles is named SURAMIN.

Yes. Pine tea is what we are using in my family.
Are you buying it, or making it? It seems to be a very commonly mentioned remedy.
I’m making it from a pine in my yard. Harvest fresh needles, cut with kitchen scissors 2 1” pieces. Drop directly into water. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain. Use a pot for only this purpose, pine sap can ruin cookware. I have a dedicated pot I picked up at goodwill for this.
I mix with powdered whole milk, honey & 2 drops of pine essential oil per cup. It’s now my preferred bedtime relaxing drink. Smells & tastes amazing. Sometimes I also add kava kava.
Warning: People will tell you it’s dangerous to ingest essential oils. I have a degree in natural therapies & have been adding 2 drops of various oils to my coffee & teas for over 2 decades, but I just tell people to make their own decision. I have colleagues that think I’m crazy and would advise against it. Do what resonates with you.
Resinates, surely?
I'm on my third batch of Pine tea. I love it. After brewing it, I chill it in the fridge & drink it cold, no sweeteners. I love it.
I pick enough Doug Fir, White Pine & Cedar to do several batches. I store them in the freezer
