I work with adults who have special needs, and many of them have been vaxxed. It's an active environment and impossible to not have physical contact in some form or the other (hugs, handshakes, etc). I was curious what other methods some of y'all have been using to detox your body after exposure. I take a shower immediately after working, and make sure to regularly take zinc, vitamin C + D, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. I'd love to hear of any other tips and tricks you all have learned about protecting the body from vaccine shedding.

I don’t know about the Covid vaccine because it technically is not a vaccine but traditional vaccines can shed. Once upon a time it was required by law to give parents an information sheet to read before letting their children receive a shot. In this case Polio. Most people at that time did not bother to read such things. I did. It informed me that family members could catch polio from a vaccinated child. Scarier yet was the fact that an unborn baby could catch it. I walked away without allowing my child to be vaccinated and never went back. That was when my eyes were opened.
One of my alternative (non-MD) healthcare providers said the same thing about vaxes a year or so ago. So, "surprise", there are always more flu cases during "flu season" which coincides with the period during which people get their flu shots (and shed it to others).
