I work with adults who have special needs, and many of them have been vaxxed. It's an active environment and impossible to not have physical contact in some form or the other (hugs, handshakes, etc). I was curious what other methods some of y'all have been using to detox your body after exposure. I take a shower immediately after working, and make sure to regularly take zinc, vitamin C + D, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. I'd love to hear of any other tips and tricks you all have learned about protecting the body from vaccine shedding.

We all have to use discernment. However, some of the latest thought is that injected people can "transmit" spike proteins. Take the info - from an MD who's been practicing for 25 years and has been looking into vaccines for years - in the video below for what you will.
