Has she seen any of the videos of people with reactions? The nurses? That little kid? If she's already defensive, then you need to turn that around a bit and back off because she may be digging her heels in deeper at this point. Def. don't want that. Maybe you could just tell her that you love her and of course you respect her decision but you don't want her to suffer like some of these people.... and then show her the videos....
