Or, just lower the number of cycles in the PCR so that they can say the numbers have dropped.

It is not a coincidence that Florida's numbers suddenly dropped right after Desantis ordered that all PCR tests must report the number of cycles they were using to arrive at the results.

Manipulate the number of cycles = manipulate the results
