So, I watched the county supervisor's meeting yesterday. You'd swear they were going to vote to build monuments for themselves during that meeting. In quivering voices, they took turns expressing how selflessly they have fought for truth, integrity and the American Way. It was quite moving.
They spoke very glowingly about the audits they had performed, though they failed to explain how they did an audit without logging in. That's actually quite a remarkable task if you think about it.
They officially ended all cooperation and indicated that the next time they interact with the Senate will be in court.
Interestingly, they said that the questions from the Senate were intended to demand that the commission do the job of the auditors. So, when the Senate asks why drive d was deleted with all the databases, or why the batch counts are missing, or why the chain of custody is broken, or why the ballots were not stored in a legal, compliant manner, all these things are beneath the dignity of the commission to answer.
It's clear how this escalates. I would be willing to bet we have a few more press conferences about big, but not world-changing issues. Then, it comes out that the number of fake, illegally printed, ballots is greater than the margin of victory by a lot. At that point, no amount of media stonewalling will dampen the outrage. We could even have Mittens himself pretend to demand answers.
The arrogance I saw radiated from them. The dripping sarcasm. The incredulous beliefs bestowed by them that they are as pure as the driven snow.
This presser only certified for me the typical behaviors of all politicians. It’s a protected species, a racket of deceit that runs so deep there is no fear. “How dare the unprofessional Cyber Ninja’s run this audit? They aren’t approved by us, so they hold no bearing for us.”
Their only fear is from their overlords. Pigs.
