Oh, trust me...after they see the first million or two swing and fry, there will be LOTS and LOTS of commies signing up for conversion therapy.

They will have to qualify for the therapy, then prove it worked before they will be allowed to live.

At some point the rest of humanity has to stand up and protect the species for it to survive. That means cutting out the commie cancer.
