More military air traffic?

I live near a pretty large AF base and have noticed a lot of jets flying out, or maybe just flying around (never see them, but hear their awesome roar). I can't find them on the exchange, but see other military aircraft on there.

This may be training or whatever, but I am curious if anyone else has noticed around them.

I noticed the Gulf has a lot more than normal, too. The ones from this AF base never broadcast that I can tell. Maybe I just don't have the proper discriminations applied.
