What happens next. Will charges be pressed against the lady? I don't know what led up to this, but is America a place where people can brutally attack someone with no fear of repercussion? Seeing people in the comments cheer this on is disgusting. I've never been to America and I don't think I ever do considering how the country has literally gone backwards in the past years.
