well t he judge mentioned it - essentially the matter is over, pending appeals. So if DePerno appeals to the Michigan Supreme Court, which I think is next, he would have the capability of resuming depositions and such if the Supreme Court were to say they would hear the case.
After that would be the US Supreme Court, but that's probably not very likely.
