This is kind of interesting - apparently Favorito didn't serve the proper person. Comes down to whether a judge wants to make sure proper procedure is followed or if the judge decides "Well if they had served properly, I still would have eventually reached my conclusion."

My guess is the judge goes that way, but also grants a stay for a week.

The state rep races get staggered because they don't want to make it look like they're running against each other in pairs (New Hampshire has a massive amount of representatives, so voting for 4 at a time is pretty common).

So this democrat was basically on a line by herself, giving her a bigger fold advantage in this town.

If it is just the fold, and it's found in other parts of the state, it could actually have benefited some republicans. I don't know if NH puts dems in the first column always or what.

Are you insane?

Apparently you're deep down the rabbit hole and accusing anyone who disagrees with you of being some reddit user, and you're absolutely spamming me with random responses about it.

Seek serious psychiatric help.

edit: Okay, I see the guy on reddit screenshotted one of my posts. At least you're not accusing me being of some guy you hate just because you don't like me - but still. Not a healthy thing to just accuse people.

I also saw Mr. Cotton decided to double down tonight and that might not be a very smart move. There's a BIG problem with their original screenshot. It says "Partition at 2048 extends beyond disk bounds"

That quite literally means their partitions weren't configured properly. So if he's going with "they deleted things" he's now saying "I didn't configure the RAID copy, plus they deleted things. There's ample evidence of the former, but no evidence of the latter, please don't sue me anyway."

I'm a SQL admin, yes. The maricopa response told them exactly what to do to 'recover' the data and then they were able to recover it is the first clue that nothing was actually deleted.

Additionally, they're using R Studio and if you've worked with that, the screenshot they gave should look familiar - it's pretty common and just means stuff wasn't copied correctly. It's a horses or zebras situation. Most times, that red X means "bad copy", not "deleted data".

My third reason for this is if he had simply used some kind of data recovery software to recover the data, he would have just said that, and would never have mentioned the RAID configuration.

I think this was just an honest mistake on the side of the auditors that they extrapolated from.

Uhhh so watching the video and that's not really what he says - the thing that's kind of a giveaway is that he describes the Raid setting as one plus zero, and by fixing that they were able to 'recover' the files.

So what that means is the files were never deleted - it means cyber ninjas fucked up the raid setup and the files appeared to be deleted. He's claiming they 'recovered' the files, but they were never lost. They just didn't know how to copy the raid setup.

well t he judge mentioned it - essentially the matter is over, pending appeals. So if DePerno appeals to the Michigan Supreme Court, which I think is next, he would have the capability of resuming depositions and such if the Supreme Court were to say they would hear the case.

After that would be the US Supreme Court, but that's probably not very likely.

I don't know why they tweeted out an accusation of spoliation of evidence. It's not a good move to give your enemy evidence that they can then refute unless you're in a court.

They must be doing some kind of rope a dope or something - trying to bait them with easy to answer stuff and then coming in with the ironclad stuff - because I've done election work before and the tabulation slips having different numbers of ballots is what one would expect - because damaged ballots are removed and counted elsewhere.

Did they say how they know? I'm guessing it's from the 5k cameras analyzing the fibers? Or was it from the differential pressure testing?

Yeah, I keep seeing people saying this actually replaces the school board, but that's not what Robert's Rules of Order.... mean.

In addition, the cops are actually looking at whether to file charges. So the only thing that's actually going to come of this are maybe misdemanors. (I don't imagine they'd actually pursue charges, but just saying that's literally all that's happening)

I'm guessing Liz Cheney is compromised. Her and her daddy are probably both some of the first firing squad targets to go.

I was a little worried that they weren't going to get done. At their current rate, it would take them something like 100 days. But I guess they're going to be able to just wait for graduations and stuff to be over and start again.

That judge who worked for the Clintons made them let the media in and this is what's going to happen.

That's just the one he tweeted, how many names and numbers did he send out on a different source to BLM assassins?
