That phrase would make you think the whole Country was glued to the TV watching the audit. That people are ready to pour into the streets and bring the Country to a standstill if the audit doesn’t go their way. But most people scarcely know about the audit because it is scarcely covered in prime time.

Or could it be a veiled threat, that the DS is prepared to send their paid thugs out in force if the audit isn’t stopped ? The DS has to know it’s way too late, more than enough damning evidence has already been found.
