I disagree. The reason why I am okay with desantis (or whoever) banning businesses from requiring vaccines is because the covid scam has been created by (more or less) government, and the majority of businesses that would require this are only requiring it because they are caving to the higher ups who are almost certainly being influenced by corruption and government power/money. Once government starts infecting business with bureaucracy and regulations and corporatism, it is not fair to call it "private" anymore. Just like airlines, big pharma, etc. The same thing goes for the hippa excuse that I can't be made to tell someone whether I am vaccinated. In reality its actually just a bunch of liberal horseshit, but I don't mind abusing it given the situation.
