My work is asking people to volunteer this info and scan their cards. For now I've ignored the email while researching legal options and planning my info campaign against this so-called COVID taskforce in corporate.

The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.”
