Bleachbit was used because u/stonetear couldn't figure out how to selectively remove evidence of Hillary's emails from the Exchange 2010 database running on her private server after asking on Reddit, so they printed off a stack of emails they wanted to present as evidence in her favor and deleted the database completely, which was passed off as a user error on u/stonetear's part.
