I'm not sure what side he is on tbh. Whatever he is, I believe it's a safe bet to assume that he is somehow connected at a higher level than the average street "protester." Disinformation is necessary. But who is he spreading disinformation for? And is anything he says true?

My thinking suggests that if he is a disinformation agent working for black hats, then Q would have known about him, and likely tipped us off considering he's been at his game for quite a while. Perhaps Q did alert us, but we missed it?
